We think of our practice as a "boutique" practice. We keep it small and exclusive so that we can give excellent service to our clients. We offer you the 1:1 attention and flexibility that your busy lifestyle requires.

IDENTITY COACHING

Our identity coaching is different. That is what sets us apart. We hold doctoral degrees in Counselling Psychology (PhD.s). We have over two decades of experience in private practice as therapists and personal coaches. It is this unique combination in our industry which has allowed us to help thousands of people with whom we’ve talked find their way to a different and more prosperous life. We are part personal coach, part therapist, and part life mentor.

We will help you figure out what’s blocking you, troubling you, holding you back, uncover and heal wounds from the past and understand how your current life situation is linked to it all. Our specialties include: self-identity, balance, burnout, womens’ lives and eating disorders.

Not all personal coaches/counsellors bring this therapeutic background to their work and so “outsource” to other professionals when emotional and/or psychological issues arise. We, and our clients, find it beneficial to be able to integrate all of this work into our overall coaching and counselling plan, so we don’t have to refer you on and you don’t have to start your story all over again.

As your personal coach/counsellor/mentor we become your partner. We work alongside of you to redesign and revise your life’s direction. We work with you to develop new skills you may need, find strategies to overcome obstacles, and more than anything, we support you in developing the understanding, confidence and belief in yourself to go after your life goals, personally and professionally.

Finally, you don’t have to have a problem to keep working with us on your life. Goals change as you live life, needs change as you grow, and life happens. Our clients use our partnership to keep life heading in their planned direction, to bounce ideas off of, to share successes with, to help them navigate the inevitable changes, and to keep them motivated and honest.

We won’t work with just anyone, we want to work with you if:

How does it work?

We meet two to four times per month by telephone for the core of our in-depth one to one work. Between scheduled calls if you hit a glitch or simply need someone to bounce an idea off of, you have access to your personal coach/counsellor for additional support, encouragement or problem solving. Touch-up calls (10 minute calls) and/or email are available to you as part of your monthly fee.

We believe in the power of identity coaching to create great change in your life. If you are ready and willing to dig deep and examine who you are and what you want, take a risk, change how you do things, and push yourself beyond your comfort zone, the life you want is waiting for you.
